This development is not yet implemented because opportunities where Red & Black Music has been expected to provide dancers have been relatively rare. However, it is important to consider the potential need for dancers in the future, particularly for events like Diáspora @ Imperial College, London (Kensington) on 11/07/2023. The idea is to conduct research into local dance promoters and dance agencies, gathering their contact details, so that if a situation arises where dancers are needed quickly, RD can respond promptly and efficiently. This development will ensure that Red & Black Music is always prepared, even if dancer requirements are infrequent.

Relationships with dance agencies such as Ultimate Events Dancers have been positive in the past, leading to mutually beneficial business arrangements. While Red & Black Music may not need dancers for every event, having these contacts in place ensures that should the need arise, they can be sourced quickly. This proactive approach could be helpful in maintaining smooth event execution and expanding the service offerings for future events.
