Description
To prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, a new policy will be incorporated into the Show Advance document. This policy will ensure that clients are fully aware of the band's self-contained setup and the potential need for additional AV (PA & lighting) equipment for larger events.

Audio & Visual Considerations:While the band provides a self-contained setup, including amplification for performances, it is strongly recommended that clients arrange a separate AV (PA & lighting) booking for larger events. The necessity for additional sound and lighting equipment depends on the size of the venue and the expected audience. This ensures optimal audio coverage and visual presentation, enhancing the overall event experience.
Implementation:
Integration into Show Advance Documentation: This clause will be included in all Show Advance documents moving forward.
Client Awareness: Agents and bandleaders will proactively highlight this clause during initial discussions with clients.
Consultation Offer: Clients will be offered the option to discuss their specific event requirements with an AV specialist to determine the best setup.
By implementing this measure, we can set clear expectations with clients from the outset, ensuring event success and mitigating last-minute concerns.
