RD declared his availability for 20 April 2025 twice in the WhatsApp group but received no response from NWSVA. With no definitive confirmation or rejection, and recalling the prior week’s issue, RD attended the SH gig to ensure he wasn’t again left out of a gig he may have been expected at. Upon arrival, he found that NW’s band had already been booked. NW, acknowledging the situation, kindly invited RD to join her group. He performed and was paid for the event.

RD clarified his presence with NW, who accommodated him. RD’s mother, who attended, proactively explained the confusion to NW before NW arrived, helping avoid tension.
