Thank you for your email. As I said before this situation is exceptional because yesterday I had a problem with my substitute teacher and I didn't know this in advance. Last time the sound-check started around 6 pm and for this reason I was asking you if it could be considered like something punctual.
Of course is my responsibility and compromise with my colleagues so I will be there at 3 pm.
