Sorry to trouble you. We were in contact in October and I notice that I appear in searches with a different photograph of another singer that you worked with. I was wondering if I could have my artist name Isabel_live removed to anonymize due to my work in teaching. Apologies it is in a red and black music previous gig listing. Still happy to sing on weekends if there are any gigs or you need a piano and voice duo fir latin standards.

On May 10, 2021, AB/Isabel reached out again, expressing concern that Google searches for her name continued to display images related to Red & Black Music events, despite the removal of her name from the website. She specifically mentioned a promotional image that she felt could impact her professional reputation as a school teacher. Attempts were made to remove and re-publish the affected images, but they continued to appear in Google’s search results.

Action Taken
On October 14, 2020, her name was replaced with "Isabel_live" on Red & Black Music listings.
On March 29, 2021, her artist name was also removed per her request.
On May 10, 2021, an attempt was made to delete the images from the website and re-publish, but they remained visible on Google’s cached search results.

Resolutions
The requested name adjustments were successfully made on the Red & Black Music website.
It was explained that Google’s caching process may take several months to update, and that removing images from a website does not immediately remove them from Google’s search results.
